Unraveling the mystery of being one step at a time. I’m an old tripping fool, as in a fool tripping down a mountain, falling into…I know what you were thinking. Here I post my thoughts, art, resources, and the gold I have found along the way. It’s been quite a trip so far. 

The main questions I am focused on today are how best shall I live where I am and how can I be the best I can be with the short time life provides me. I seek to understand my place in the world through “Knowing Myself“, that ancient philosophical maxim which was inscribed upon the Temple of Apollo in the ancient Greek precinct of Delphi.
